The staff was very friendly and helpful. They addressed all requests quickly. The location is convenient with easy access to local attractions (i found this quite helpful). I especially liked the comfortable beds and stylish rooms. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, including both local and western dishes.

The air conditioning was a bit strong (even on the lowest setting).

The hotel has good size rooms. There is a pool to cool off in after a day of exploration. Hot breakfast is included at this hotel. Staff were really kind here.

The hotel is quite far from shopping areas so a taxi is needed. This can become expensive and time consuming. Traffic jams are not the best.

The hotel is in a safe area near the King's residential palace. It is a short drive to main sights, though you can easily walk to the river ferry. Chinatown is nearby too.

The staff helped me a lot. The room offered ample space. The bathroom was beautiful. The hotel's standards seemed high throughout the building. The location proved convenient, as it was near many key spots, yet not directly in the bustling center.

The air conditioning in the room blew directly onto the bed.
